We have had many years of experience working with police personnel, primarily in selection - both designing and administering selection tests - but also in training and fitness for duty assessments. We have also worked with security and fire personnel. We provide psychological consultation, assessments when required, and psychotherapy for paramilitary and military personnel and their families. Stress-related acting out in any service may indicate an employee at risk. We have designed an Employee at Risk program in order to assist such individuals and return them safely to their work environment. Psychological Services
